PLAN YOUR WEEK
Find a quiet place where you can find 20 – 30 mins to:

- Schedule the Big Rocks. Ask the Big Rocks Question: ‘What are the one or two most important things I can do in this role this week?’
- Organize the rest (The pebbles and sand). Schedule the other tasks and activities around you Big Rocks.
